Make a part and pull up into pigtails. On the last pull through the elastic, don't pull all the way through and leave a loop of hair. Tuck the ends back underneath the elastic and leave a little to spike out. (I actually had to loop her hair twice, because it's so long.) And, don't ask me why this is underlined?????? My computer is being very weird, and won't let me undo it.
